After a long hiatus my comics page has finally returned with a vengence. Since my old comics page was completely lost I pretty much had to recreate the whole thing from scratch, and going through the list again I found more than a few comics that I just didn't feel were truly up to snuff(I won't detail which ones those are here as that would would be unnecessarily harsh) so below I've compiled a condensed lean and mean list of comics that I can truly vouch for.

Comic Banner Comic Description
Sluggy Freelance by Pete Abrams This is the first webcomic I ever picked up. The story has changed quite drastically from when it first started and honestly I haven't really enjoyed it much recently but I still read it out of loyalty.
Bruno the bandit by Ian McDonald. The second webcomic I ever picked up. Again I pretty much just read this one out of loyalty. The comic is pretty funny and some of the story arcs are fantastic but sadly as a total comic I can't really recommend it anymore.
Player Vs. Player by Scott Kurtz. This one I can wholeheartedly recomend. It's well drawn and fantasticly funny. This is primarily a gaming comic but it has a pretty solid underlying cast of characters who are well developed enough that the story arcs he occasionally delves into are believable and worth your time to go back through the archives.
Penny Arcade by Tycho and Gabe. There are not nearly enough good things that I can say about the comic wonder that is Penny Arcade. It's hilarious and an absolute must read for anyone who might aspire to call themselves a gamer. On top of that it's also just damn funny. But don't take my word for it...
Errant Story by Poe. This is drawn by the same guy who a comic a few years back called Exploitation Now both are fantastic and well worth your time but both are NSFW so don't read them if you're easily offended or if you should know better.
Megatokyo by Piro. This one's basically a manga that only gives you a page three times a week. It's alternately funny and serious (although far more of the funny than the serious) and well worth your time if your hobbies include anime as well as gaming.
Real Life Comics by Greg Dean. This one is supposed to based on Dean's actual life which it more or less is... except for the time machines and ninjas that pop in every now and again. Beyond that just read it it's funny.
VG Cats by Scott. This one can be a little sick and demented at times but it has some of the most quality parodies of video games you'll have ever seen. (are you noticing a theme yet? cause there is one) So yeah blah blah you like games blah blah read this comic blah blah it's awesome.
Cup of Suffering by Someone. This is possibly the most demented comic I've ever read consequently it also happens to be one of my favorites. But that's to be expected. There's nothing in this comic that could really be overtly offensive but yeah ... not for the squeamish (and with this list you know that says something)
MacHall by Ian McConville. The art in this comic is pretty fantastic and here it's the first one on my list of sarcastic comics. The later comics are even more sarcastic but this is the first one I'll mention.
Applegeeks by Hawk and Ananth. This comic is for anyone who's ever owned a mac and for anyone who's into computers in general. The art is fantastic and the jokes are pretty hilarious. Also for those who know such things this is the only comic I ever got Keith to read regularly which says a fair amount for it.
Something Positive by R.K. Milholland. This possibly the most wonderful sarcastic comic ever made. The main characters are the most jaded cynical people you're likely to meet in the comic world. Another one where time spent reading the archives is time well spent.
Lethal Doses by Hot Soup. This one is pretty random and had been out of commission for quite some time but was recently restarted. Honestly I don't have much else to say about this one.
This one seems to have gone on a rather unfortunate hiatus and honestly since he's started actually developing a story I haven't been nearly as interested but if you've ever played any of the final fantasy games then you absolutely have to go back and read the archives of this comic. You'll laugh for weeks.
Comedity by Garth. This one I picked up on a whim a little while ago the archives aren't very long and the comic highlights some personality traits that I'm pretty sure most all people have. A good short read.
Count Your Sheep by Adrian Ramos. Worth reading if you would like something sugary sweet and a little sad. It has a sort of Calvin and Hobbes feel to it as well. It's Laura's favorite and that's all I have to say on that.
Dominic Deegan by Mookie. This one was recommended to me by a friend of a friend I was playing D&D the art isn't fantastic by comparison to some of the other comics I have here but it is considering he does a new comic every day. Also it has a pretty cool story even if it is a little contrived but hey that's true of like every webcomic.
ElGoonishShive by Dan Shive. This one is just plain silly but it makes me laugh so I continue to read it. And that's all I got on this one.
Queen of Wands by Aeire. This one I picked up after it did a cross-over with Something Positive and I just kinda got hooked on the story. She's ended the story now but she's "re-airing" all the archives with a commentary track which is interesting to read about. This is another one worth picking up.
Ctrl-Alt-Del by Tim. This one I've really just included for completeness. If you've read every Penny-Arcade and every PVP and you still have some free time or just need another comic, this one is worth reading then.
Scary Go Round by John Allison. This is one of the more uniquely british comics I've ever had the pleasure to read.the art is solid and the dialogue is funnier than most things even Tycho has written.
Sinfest by Tatsuya Ishida. This is another newspaper style comic although you're not likely to ever see it any newspaper which is largely their loss. There are about two or three different storylines that run in parallel and they are alternately offensive hilarious and cute.
Underpower by Vaz. NO READING FOR YOUNGIN'S I intentionally saved all of these comics for late in the list in the hope that my younger viewers might have gotten bored all ready as this one and the one that follow it are both meant for much older audiences. This one has a definite gaming trend in it and is just fun to look at.
Sexy Losers by Clay. THIS COMIC IS OFFENSIVE AND CONTAINS NUDITY!!!! That being said it's absolutely hilarious and is an absolute must read for anyone who has a sort of sick sense of humor.
